  1. Whenever you do exercise in your home then put on the music so that you get motivation and increment in the level of your adrenaline. But don't overdo the exercise in excitement. It may hurt later.

    1. I agree! It can be easy to overdo it at home or anywhere else where you are exercising. Working out in moderation may help folks to be more motivated to work out the next day and the next.
